How to advertise your property

Introduction

We work very closely with all of the Universities within Edinburgh. The Universities solely use the studentpad software to advertise your properties and, in turn, all of their returning students are directed to the site to look for accommodation and the web site is therefore very busy.

Your property will be displayed as a full page advert detailing all of your properties' important features, as well as up to six photographs (if desired) and a link to a map.





Scale of charges
Due to the fact that all students from all of the Universities / Colleges of H.E access the same information you only have to submit your details once to one Institution.

Our rates for advertising your property(ies) for a 3 month period are:


1 property or room £35.00     
Up to 2 properties £70.00     
Up to 3 properties £90.00     
Up to 4 properties £110.00     
Up to 5 properties £130.00     
Up to 10 properties £240.00     
Up to 20 properties £400.00     
Up to 40 properties £525.00     
For a landlord/agent to take advantage of these discounts the properties should be submitted at the same time.

Once your property has been let it would be appreciated if you could contact us to let us know. We will then remove your property from the database. Should your property then become available again within the 3-month period from the date the initial advert was placed please feel free to contact us and your advert will be re-instated at no extra charge.


Registering Your Property
There are one of two ways you can submit your information to the Universities
1.   Submit details directly over the internet.
Please forward a cheque, made payable to the relevant University or phone 0131 651 2130 (Edinburgh University only) to pay by card.

2.   Print and complete the following form and post directly to the University along with a cheque, made payable to the relevant University.
